This vegan ragu is bursting with a variety of lentils, minced mushrooms and walnuts and complemented by a vegetable rich tomato sauce enriched with red wine.

Serve with your favourite cooked pasta, rice or over a jacket potato for a filling meal. One portion serves two people as part of a balanced meal.

Ingredients: red lentils, green lentils, walnuts, celery, onions, mushrooms, garlic, tomatoes, carrots, peppers, red  wine, tomato puree, vegetable stock, vegan worcestershire sauce.
