I know how important it is for those who follow a plant based diet to know where their food is coming from. That’s the main reason I prepare most of my food at home from scratch. I want you to feel confident when you are eating one of my meals that the quality of the ingredients are as good as the ones you would select for yourself, that’s why I’ve included this section.
The majority of the fresh herbs used in my cooking come from my garden, unless not in season when they are purchased from the local supermarket. I also order my bulk ingredients online from Amazon or locally from the cash & carry. I avoid products containing palm oil wherever possible, such as peanut butter.
